I can imagine that a career with the Office of Head Start would both be rewarding and frustrating at times. Because Head Start is a government run program, they have to rely on federal funding, which can be cut and is often unable to provide service to all children who need it. From my own experience, I know that it is also very rewarding working with some of the neediest children in the classroom. Making a difference to those children would be a very rewarding experience!
ReplyDeleteGreat choices for your organization. What did you you choose these organizations? What appealed to you the most about them?
ReplyDeleteHello Great Post! I feel that helping the center for the military program will be great and benefit the community. The Child Center director would be of great benefit being that families in that area need great teachers as well. Having the sense of families being lead to work for the army or military, thereby having teachers who are nurturing and caring has to suffice. Thereby the Director needs to have a means of hiring the right individuals!
